Olivia Fussell
Managing Director
Ms. Fussell has overall executive management responsibilities of CINCS and the direction it takes. Her experience as an entrepreneur and real estate developer provides her with the skills and tools to coordinate an organization that has a wide vision. Ms. Fussell holds a Bsc from Greenwich University, a Masters degree in Land Use Planning from Harvard, and a Masters degree in International Affairs from Columbia University. Her educational background combined with her business acumen has positioned her to understand the complexity of the CINCS vision and its implementation. She is the CEO of Carbon Credit Capital, LLC.
Sam Walker
Technical Operations Coordinator
As the CINCS Technical Operations Coordinator, Dr. Samuel Walker ensures that the CINCS system draws upon only the latest cutting edge technology. In addition to consulting for CINCS, he manages his own company specializing in services for earth observation projects. He has 10 years of experience working as an environmental geographer, managing the University of Maryland's Spatial Analysis Laboratory and developing spatial data applications for the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center Office of Earth Science. Dr.Walker has a Ph.D. in Environmental Health Sciences from the University of South Carolina and a B.A. in Geography and Environmental Systems from the University of Maryland.
Luca Nencetti
Director of Engineering Applications
Luca leads the technical and CDM review of projects. Luca has more than 10 years of work experience in the energy sector. Luca was a Plant Engineering Leader at Owens Corning where he led wind energy projects. He started off as a Field Engineer at Renco (Florence, Italy) where he evaluated performance and troubleshooted gas turbines and compressors. After Renco, Luca moved to GiViDi USA Inc. (Columbia, SC) as a Plant Engineering Manager where he worked with the Finance & Control to develop a Utilities Monitoring System. He also secured EPA, SCDHEC, air emissions, water, construction and operating permits necessary for plant expansion projects and facilitated environmental due diligence and audit. Luca holds a Master of Arts in Climate and Society from Columbia University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florence.
