CINCS is a company that considers its main role to be determining the feasibility and challenges of a given project and to devise strategies and solutions in order to achieve a successful outcome.  It does this through its disciplined and rigorous system to determine a project's eligibility to meet a pre-determined risk analysis.  Due to the early stage of this market, CINCS works against a set of criteria for each project that is proposed and provides project developers with guidance on how to make a given opportunity "investor-ready."
