Olivia Fussell Chieft Executive Officer
|
Ms. Fussell has overall executive management responsibilities
of CINCS and the direction it takes. Her experience as an entrepreneur and real estate developer provides
her with the skills and tools to coordinate an organization that has a wide vision. Ms. Fussell holds a
Bsc from Greenwich University, a Masters degree in Land Use Planning from Harvard and a Masters degree in International Affairs
from Columbia University. Her educational background combined with her business acumen has positioned her
to understand the complexity of the CINCS vision. Ms. Fussell is also co-founder and co-chair of the Council
of Alumni for Social Enterprise (CASE), a not-for-profit that supports student social enterprise fellowships across all schools
at Harvard University. She is a director of the Harvard Alumni Association and is involved with a number
of organizations that support women’s leadership and education.

Tildy Davidson Vice President of Operations

|
Ms. Davidson is responsible for managing CINCS'
intellectual property and the development of its technology products. As Vice President of Operations she also oversees strategic
planning and sales and marketing efforts, including direct client relations. Before coming to CINCS,
Ms. Davidson worked for many years as a real estate developer, addressing urban land use change in the private sector through
adaptive reuse projects. In addition to her experience as a project developer in the real estate sector, she has worked
in Haiti and francophone West Africa on third world development agricultural and education
projects though USAID and local NGOs. Ms. Davidson has lived and worked on four continents and is bilingual in French
and English. She is a graduate of Columbia University.

Sam Walker Technical
Operations Coordinator

As CINCS' Technical Operations Coordinator Dr.
Samuel Walker ensures that CINCS system draws upon only the latest cutting edge technology and oversees the technological
implementation of all CINCS projects. Additionally, he is responsible for coordinating content for CINCS'
web-enabled user interface. Before coming to CINCS he ran his own consulting firm specializing in services for earth
observation projects. He has 10 years of experience working as an environmental geographer, managing
the University of Maryland's Spatial Analysis
Laboratory and developing spatial data applications for the NASA Goddard Space Flight
Center Office of Earth Science. Dr.Walker has a Ph.D. in Environmental Health Sciences from the University
of South Carolina and a B.A. in Geography and Environmental Systems
from the University of Maryland.

Stephen Donofrio Standards
& Project Analyst
|
Mr. Donofrio maintains CINCS'
knowledge of current and future carbon sequestration industry standards and carbon framework policy. Mr. Donofrio’s
duties include identifying viable LULUCF projects for regulatory and voluntary carbon markets, coordinating and implementing
public relations, marketing, intelligence gathering, leads generation, conference networking and sales and proposal writing.
Mr. Donofrio holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration from Villanova University in Marketing and International
Business.
